Rolling Waves

Rolling Waves is a sculptural seascape composed of six independent yet interrelated glass forms, each one a unique wave caught in motion. Created in flowing, layered blues and aquas, every piece suggests a different moment in the life of a wave: rising, curling, breaking, and receding. No two forms are alike; each carries its own rhythm, gesture, and energy, echoing the sea’s endless variations from one instant to the next. Together, these six elements become a shifting horizon. They can be placed in a straight line like waves rolling toward the shore, gathered into a circle like water spiralling inward, or arranged in irregular formations that recall the restless, ever-changing surface of the ocean. The work is designed to be reconfigured, inviting the viewer to “compose” the seascape anew each time. In this way, Rolling Waves is as much about transformation and impermanence as it is about the sea itself.
