Shipping
When you enter your glass order in the cart, please provide your destination address. The shipping cost will be calculated using this address. The parcel will be shipped to you via a courier – UPS.
A glass piece is fragile. For shipping, it has to be packaged in double layers of boxes with a lot of stuffing. As a result, the shipping box is relatively large for the small weight.
Shipping cost is calculated from the size (called dimensional weight) of the package and your destination address. The package is shipped from Ottawa, Canada.
"Delivery"
The term “Delivery” is used instead of “Shipping” when artworks are too fragile to be carried by a regular courier. These artworks are only available for delivery to Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa, via a specialized art courier.
Local Pick Up
If you live around Ottawa, or plan to visit the city, you can pick up your purchase directly, free of charge. Simply select Local Pick Up in the Delivery method. We will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns
If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
We will credit the full amount of the item less a 5% admin fee and any COD charges (ex. brokerage fees for an international return) as long as it is returned in the same condition as shipped. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
