Eiko Emori has Master of Fine Arts degree from Yale University, U.S.A., and National Diploma in Design from Central School of Arts & Crafts, U.K.

 

She is a long-time member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts and a Fellow of the Design Professionals of Canada. Her work and biography was featured in a book titled, “Women Graphic Designers”, published by Bloomsbury Visual Arts in the U.K., as a designer representing Canada.

For her glass work, Eiko Emori has received:

 

The 2023 Creation and Production Fund for Professional Artists Award, from the City of Ottawa.

The 2021 Pattie Walker Memorial Award in Architectural Glass of Crafts Ontario.

 

The 2010 Ontario Arts Council Individual Craft Project Grant.
